A portrait is often the first place people meet a physician or an executive. Patients look at it before choosing a surgeon. Candidates look at it before taking a call. Partners look at it before the first meeting. It should look like the person on a good ordinary day, in a setting that says something true about the work they do.
Most of this work is done for groups. A practice with fifteen physicians across several offices needs portraits that belong together: the same light, the same finish, the same sense of the organization, whether a doctor was photographed in Chicago in March or Northwest Indiana in May. That consistency is planned before anyone sits down. We settle the look with your marketing team, schedule around clinic hours and production schedules, and set up where your people already are, so a portrait takes minutes out of their day instead of an afternoon.
Along with conventional headshots, we make three-quarter-length and environmental portraits in offices, exam rooms, laboratories, and on production floors. They give a website, a recruiting campaign, or a press release more to work with than a cropped face on a gray backdrop. Every engagement includes written licensing terms covering how the organization will use the images, from the website and provider directories to print and press.
This work is scoped for organizations photographing their physicians, leadership, or staff, not individual sessions. If your organization is updating its portraits or has never had a set that matches, the first step is a conversation.
